ENABLE Network : 1st European PhD and Postdoc symposium
The European Academy for Biomedical Science (ENABLE) is pleased to announce the 1st ENABLE
Career Day. The ENABLE Career Day will take place in Barcelona on 15 November 2017 and will be one of the
core activities of the 1st European PhD and Post-Doc Symposium. The aim of the event is to create
a common ground where PhD students and Post-Docs from all over Europe can discuss career
perspectives beyond the bench with professionals from the life science sectors.
Being more than just a regular conference, participants will have the opportunity to exchange their science through short talks and poster presentations, learn about latest techniques at “Masterclasses” and share personal experiences in science at the “Tapas with speakers” event.
This initiative aims to involve young scientists in opening the academic world from within, promoting crosstalk between biomedical disciplines, collaboration with industry and engagement with society. This congress is mainly organized by young researchers and for young researchers and will be an inspiring event.
