More than 30 years of experience in several healthcare companies (pharma, medical devices, services). I have always occupied strongly sales and marketing oriented positions and I have managed directly management teams, marketing teams, sales teams or distributors.

I have managed consolidated organisations and I have also been in charge to set up the business or to reenergise the activities, so I have been deeply involved in strategic planning and in day to day activities. In different companies I have sold products and services B2B and B2C through a consultative sales approach and I have been in charge to develop commercial procedures, manage sales pipeline, drive key commercial initiatives and promotion strategy, ensure efficient interface of the different functions along the different phases of the projects, identify lead, narrow them down to qualified prospects, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, develop/win new business, build relationships with key contacts, decision makers and influencers, lead the commercial team and manage key accounts.
