I once read that biotechnology is one of the strangest, scariest, sexiest and most interesting corners of the stock market. I hope that sooner rather than later we’ll be able to add… and of the equity crowdfunding market. Companies in the life science industry strive to literally save lives.
Just having the opportunity to go through the pitch deck of companies in this sector, who actually want to improve people’s lives or even get to save their lives, THRILLS ME.
Leadartis and Epidisease are two Spanish companies with two very different missions. While Leadartis is developing a first-in-class type of bispecific antibody for the treatment of numerous cancers, Epidisease is developing the first prognostic kit to prevent idiophatic scoliosis (spine deformation).
