This is perhaps a slightly contradictory email.

I am a lover of the public system and believe we should all contribute to the public system via taxes.  Of course, there are limitations to the public system and with every challenge there is someone clever out there looking for a solution!
This is exactly what iGlobalmed, a Spanish company, does: offers cheaper access to private healthcare services on-demand. iGlobalmed is both a sales platform for doctors and a platform to plan appointment and contract medical services at attractive prices.
