I have been working for over the last four years at Patient Innovation, a nonprofit organisation, as Platform Manager and member of the board of directors. Patient Innovation is an online, open, free-of-access platform for patients and caregivers of any disease and geography to share solutions they developed to help them cope with the challenges imposed by their disease or health condition.
At the same time, I am Teacher Assistant of Operations Management and Technology Strategy for undergraduate, master and MBA programs at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics and The Lisbon MBA.
My area of research is Open and User Innovation, more specifically in the healthcare sector.
