Siddharth Deshpande

I have obtained PhD in Medicine from National University of Singapore where my project involved developing nanparticle for In-vitro protein folding and subsequent intravenous delivery of the protein for cancer therapy. I have worked for 3 years after my PhD in Bioinformatics, extracting biomedical entities from text documents for drug discovery and novel relationship discovery. Currently I am working as a technical venture builder at post urban ventures, where I am an interim CTO of a startup called Bioleap.
Bioleap is startup focussing on leveraging the latest in cutting-edge ML and AI in order to create highly intelligent whole cell models that can be used for the efficient DBTL of bio factories, biosensors and personalised therapeutics
