I am a phD in Chemical Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in human and veterinary diagnostics. Currently I am working at Zoetis as a Senior Principal Scientist at the Diagnostics Department. I am leading two cross-functional and multi-site teams that are bringing to market new point-of-care analyzers for the veterinary field. Responsible for the R&D management and the overall project coordination (goals, risk management, gates, timelines and communications). Before Zoetis, I worked in two different diagnostics start-ups, Scandinavian Micro Biodevices (acquired by Zoetis in 2016) and Stat-Diagnostics (acquired by Qiagen in 2018). In both companies I lead the development of new immuno-diagnostics tests for blood biomarkers to be integrated in single use cartridges.
