I did my PhD in computational and cognitive neuroscience, building computational models of how our brains learn from uncertainty and surprise, leading to the publishing of over 15 conference papers and 3 journal papers on this topic. Most of my work during the PhD has been on analysing all sorts of data from eeg, intracranial electrodes, fmri and animal intracranial electrodes, as well as behavioral data; and also on building computational models that explain this data.
Thanks to this I’ve been able to advise 3 different startups on topics related to data analysis and machine learning, as well as helping them understand what is the state of the art of different techniques and what can be achieved at a practical level. Currently I’m advising a larger company on digital transformation, industry 4.0 and robotics.
I also have advised 3 startups in the last 3 years on topics related to data analysis and AI
