Jorge Aurelio Zamora Berna

I have a solid background in data analysis with emphasis in
health sciences and NGS genomics, mostly in cancer. I have previous experience writing code
to store and query clinical and biological data in relational databases at the Sanger Institute,
EBI, CNIO and CNIC. Currently I am dedicated to the stratification of clinical trial cohorts based
on gene expression. During my professional career I have been exposed to programming
languages such R, Perl, Python and SQL, also the fundamentals of cloud computing using
AWS (EC2, S3, EBS). My personal interests gravitate towards Artificial Intelligence which I
have applied in various projects such as this tool for image semantic segmentation in cancer
