I have professional experience in:

Biotech, Personalised medicine, cell biology, molecular biology

Help us confirm that you're an expert

I obtained my Ph.D. in 2017 at Paris-Saclay University. I worked on the differentiation into hepatocytes of patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells and their genetic correction by CRISPR/Cas9 technique to model a rare liver disorder, familial hypercholesterolemia type IIa. This work has been published in 2019 in Stem Cell Research & Therapy.

I next joined Cyprio as a postdoctoral researcher for a year where I focused on increasing the products portfolio and on writing scientific projects. After 18 months at Gourmey (cellular agriculture) as the cell biology lead scientist. I joined Cyprio again in 2020 as Chief Scientific Officer/Chief Operations Officer to bring my expertise on cell biology, liver pathophysiology and project management. We are encapsulating animal and human primary hepatocytes into liquid-core alginate capsules as novel and more robust 3D models for the pharmaceutical industries (especially on hepatotoxicity and clearance assays). Here, I won 2 national projects (around 2 M€) and helped our customers in designing their assays while managing the research team. I also personnaly work on the development of a cell model based on encapsulated stem-cell derived hepatocytes.
