My job main activities are:
– Create new business ideas which have potential commercial interest by identifying and connecting internal and external needs, transfer them into profitable and sustainable products and services that improve patient access and quality of health and define strategies on how to exploit them.
– Proactively look for opportunities within the marketplace, identify scope for collaboration with new commercial partners within Europe and Asia to develop market for these new business projects and products.
– Expand the scope of action of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical devices outside of the core business, lead the construction, consolidation and management of these business projects.

– Devise and propose long term global business strategy for these business projects, leading and managing all aspects of its day-to-day activities at a global level (new product planning, marketing, sales, commercial operations, supply chain and customer service) working crosswise with the business unit directors and their teams.
