Ignasi Sahún

Ignasi Sahún obtained a higher degree in Criminology from the University of Barcelona (UB) in 1996 and a BA in Clinical Psychology from the Ramon Llull University (URL) in 2001. In 2006, after having worked in the Center for Genomic Regulation (CRG) for four years as a Ph.D. student, he defended his thesis in Neuroscience under the Ph.D. program of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Subsequently, he made a postdoctoral stay of six years more in the CRG. From 2012 to 2017, he designed and led the Phenotyping Unit of the PCB-PRBB Animal Facility Alliance at the Barcelona Science Park (PCB-UB), and he was visiting professor at several universities and research centers (CNIO; UIC; UB; UAB). During this period, in 2013, Ignasi founded ZeClinics with a group of friends, and from 2013 to 2017, he combined his intense academic activity with the management of the company. In early 2017 he joined ZeClinics as CMO, coordinating the development of the marketing department (marketing strategy, social media activity, and communication) and also, managing the HR department.
