I am partner and IP adviser at GALBAIAN since 2012. Before joining GALBAIAN, I have worked for seven years at the University of Navarra and then for six years at Progenika Biopharma in the Areas of R&D&i Management, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs, which helped her to know first-hand the business reality.

Nowadays, my practice focusses on providing a comprehensive service on IP, and her areas of specialisation include chemistry, biotechnology, food, and health.

Since 2015, I have also headed activities related to IP management and exploitation of GALBAIAN’s clients, assessing about the integration of IP into innovation processes and business models of GALBAIAN´s clients and also in licensing and sale of IP negotiation processes.

In 2021 and 2022 the guide “IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists 2021” has included me in the list of IP Strategists. This list identifies the individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximise the value of IP portfolios.

I am currently a member of the Valuation Committee of LES España-Portugal.
