I am the Manager of IRB Barcelona Functional Genomics Core Facility, where I provide solutions for the genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics projects. In the core facility, we handle thousands of biological samples and provide tailored processing pipelines adapter toeach project. In my role, I consult for a wide range of genomics related topics.
My background in biochemistry, genetics, genomics and biotechnology was focused in agribiotech. Particularly, I participated in the development of genome-scale tools to characterize the genetic basis of traits of interest.
