I am currently the Associate Director of Discovery Informatics of Mammoth BioSciences and a co-founder and Head of Bioinformatics of Ancilia Therapeutics (stealth mode start-up). Both companies focus on diagnostics and therapeutics of molecular-based diseases as well as aim to the development of novel therapies for them. I truly believe in the need for better diagnostics in the medical field. Cornea Project is a very well established research work in corneal eye disease. They have licensed exclusive biomarkers (the only ones so far) for better diagnostic. The team is composed of top scientists and advisors in the field. In my opinion, they could significantly shed light and bring insights to help prevent blindness.
