As the Unit Coordinator and Attending Cardiologist, I concurrently manage inpatient, outpatient, and hospital operations while coordinating patient referrals in advanced heart failure units. As such, I direct and establish the Cardiology Day Care Unit to enable 170+ mild-to-moderate decompensation treatments per year.

Following is a short list of some of my accomplishments within this position:
♦ I lead database development and data analysis of 220+ patients to improve quality indicators, documenting clinical and population characteristics while ensuring 90%+ of patients receive top-tier medical treatment for heart failure.
♦ I strategize alongside the Informatics Department to develop an e-health mobile application to streamline patient-follow-up through survey questionnaires and detecting decompensated heart failure in adult patients.
♦ I train up to five fellows and six physicians per year in family and community medicine, internal medicine, and anesthesiology specialties while developing and instructing a theoretical-practical course on Heart Failure for fellows, physicians, and nurses.
