Aleksandra Kijac

I spent over 10 years across academia and industry working on various aspects of biotechnology sector, and this is following getting a PhD in structural proteomics work with implications for understanding the pathogenesis of diseases and drug discovery and development. Of the 10 years, most of the time was spent as a scientist working on nanotechnology for drug development, with oncology focus, as well as single-cell analytical methods using genomics for profiling of the immune system as well as tumors. I have additional experience in product development specifically in AI imaging based diagnostic tools for diagnosis of solid tumors. I am currently leveraging extensive previous experience to help translate unique protein and genomic signatures in menstrual effluent into new diagnostics for unmet medical needs.
