Klaudia Grechuta

Currently, I work as postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Bioengineering Institute of Catalunya, in Barcelona, Spain. My main tasks include (1) establishing research roadmaps, (2) the design and coordination and monitoring of scientific studies, including clinical trials and experiments with healthy participants, (3) collecting and analysing data, (4) leading the projects related to digital health and experimental psychology, (5) management of European projects (H2020), (6) supervision of Ph.D. students, (7) scientific writing and dissemination, (8) attending conferences and presenting the results in public talks, (9) reviewing scientific articles submitted for publication in high-impact journals. I have knowledge of statistics and data analysis (Python), data visualisation, academic writing (LaTeX) , agile methodologies, and management. I also work as a Scientific Advisor where my role includes (1) guiding the transfer of scientific knowledge into innovative digital-health systems, (2) researching VR-based desktop and wearable healthcare products, (3) collaborating with product owners, software developers, engineers & designers, (4) integrating evidence-based principles into commercial products as well as (5) designing usability paradigms using qualitative & quantitative tools.
