My job is to help international companies to grow with new revenue streams, easy operations and more reliable customer experience.

To achieve it, I introduce disruptive innovation by leveraging new digital technologies and business models, 360º corporate and startup experience and relentless drive to make things happen.

I bring 20+ years of business experience on innovation and technology in both healthcare and telecom industries. Over this time, I’ve been creating digital solutions, developing B2B2C businesses and delivering technology services for startups and large corporations.

I’ve led international teams from ideas to success, delivering lasting value to patients, users and companies by implementing growth strategies and by saving lives, hassle and money.

Furthermore, I have 6+ years of specific hands-on experience with startups in life sciences and healthcare industry as an executive, board member, mentor and entrepreneur.

For the last 5+ years, I’ve led Venture Capital-backed startup AT-Biotech as an executive and entrepreneur, from the ground up to success. Our IoT-RFID solution ‘Rhesus’ is the safest blood transfusion safety system worldwide and our contract with leading blood bank ‘Banc de Sang i Teixits’ is the largest project of its kind in Europe.

Our current and other potential customers include hospitals, banks of blood, tissues and cellular material, pharmaceutical labs, diagnostic labs, medical device and health tech manufacturers, logistics and other service providers, etc.

Over this time, I have been very involved and have made major contributions to fundraising, business and product strategy, product design and development, business modelling, partnerships, sales, internationalization, portfolio transformation and project delivery.

As a general manager, board member and investor I have also managed to consolidate a 360º understanding of all stakeholders and functions of a company and a 100% view of the business life cycle.

Besides my daily job as an executive, I advice startups to boost their growth and I help investors to assess their startup investments. I really find both activities very enriching and pleasant.

I am a certified startup business mentor and part of some mentoring networks and a digital health professional association.

To date, I have worked with 20+ different startups and have engaged with many others as a mentor, networker or analyst.

Healthcare and life sciences are my main focus of work.

Digital health, health tech, medical devices, wereables and bioinformatics applied to biotech, clinical trials and predictive medicine are some of my main areas of experience. Similar for hardware solutions, analytics, apps and remote monitoring.

Social Health, KineStat Pharma, appdermis and i4life are just some of these startup examples.

Last but not least, I am also an entrepreneur myself. I am currently developing smart ageing startup that will dramatically change the way seniors enjoy their lives.
