I have over 12 years of experience working in data science, especially applied to the life sciences.

Currently, I work as bioinformatics consultant at Clarivate Analytics, helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies to accelerate drug discovery and development by pre-processing large complex datasets, applying advanced analytics and using business intelligence.

Previously, I spent 10 years in academia, where I did my PhD and postdoctoral studies and worked as bioinformatician in top research institutions, managing and analyzing large-scale datasets and leading research projects.

I cover both data analysis and client-facing activities.

+ Data analysis: involvement from data acquisition and quality control to statistical analysis, data visualization and reporting, integrating both existing programs and custom scripts into high-performance computing systems
