Iván Benito

I consider myself a lover of science, especially concerned with the need to transfer scientific advances to a practical application. I have a degree in biology and biochemistry, and a Philosophical Doctor of Science and an Executive MBA.
My research work focused on the modulation of colon cancer through the use of nutraceuticals. I have experience in invitro studies and in animal models, as well as in molecular and genetic biology techniques. I focused my career in the pharmaceutical industry, so I know the industrial scaling and validation processes and at the moment I work in an auxiliary company of pharma companies as a quality manager and advisor on regulatory matters.
On a personal level, I participate by investing in startups, mainly in the biomedical field.
