Currently working as Commercialisation Senior Officer at IDIBELL’s Innovation Department (Barcelona, Spain):
• Responsible for identification, deployment and support new business opportunities within the Bellvitge Campus.
• Control and follow up of IDIBELL’s spin-offs and start-ups, comprising IP management, strategy and monitoring of collaboration framework and projects, company updates (financial statements, participation in shareholders meetings), support in the identification of key partners and investors, among others.
• Definition and implementation of enforcement mechanisms for license agreements and collaboration, services or MTA deals, including the identification of potential exploitable results and IDIBELL’s contribution to its generation, as well as external and internal economic control (while coordinating different IDIBELL’s departments for invoicing and distribution of funds).
• Resolution of complex problems and situations related with spin-off management, license and other types of agreements, transfer of PIs to other institutionns, among others.
• Management of IDIBELL’s Comercialisation Unit: HR management, responsible for control and execution of unit’s annual budget, responsible for definition and completion of unit’s annual strategic objectives.
