Anna Garcia Puig

I obtained a degree on Human Biology at Pompeu Fabra University (2012) and a masters of Biotech and pharmaceutical industry at the same university (2013). During the bachelor and master period I participated in different research groups as research assistant providing me a wide view if different research projects and groups, and being able to perform different techniques.
Next, I pursued a doctoral thesis at the Center of Regenerative Medicine in Barcelona (CMRB) studying the role of extracellular matrix in the context of zebrafish cardiac regeneration. Thus, my main scientific background are cardiovascular diseases, regeneration and zebrafish.
At the present I a working in a start-up company, which is aim is the R&D of innovative drug formulation. At this company I am in charge of the managing of the conducted Clinical trials for the in-house products, as well as participating in the GMP qualification of a pilot plant.
