He is a medical doctor, research physician, data scientist, project management specialist with expertise in infectious disease (TB/HIV/hepatitis, vaccine preventable disease), genomic engineering, communicable disease surveillance, clinical and laboratory supply chain management, pharmaceutical trial regulation consumer goods and services, Grant management and Finance, mobile health technology and Bioinformatics. He is familiar with following disease surveillance softwares:e-TB manager, EWORS, CommCare, Nickshay, Mobile App for Tb screening (MATS), TB STARR, EPCON hotspot analytics as well as data analysis tools (Python, SPSS, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, ODK, RED Cap etc) He is currently the Director Strategic Information at the Institute of Human Virology of Nigeria (IHVN). Recently, he provided country level technical support to USAID/Global Fund TB/HIV implementing partners towards meeting and maintaining target for HIV Epidemic control using the TQLA leadership approach to enhance supply chain for commodities, limit bottlenecks and improve HIV testing and disease surveillance. He received his medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and holds Masters in Health Management from the University of Liverpool as well as a Masters in Healthcare leadership from Cornell University.
