My scientific career is focused on the application of bioinformatics tools to test and generate new scientific hypothesis. My growing interests include data visualization and analysis of next generation sequencing data. I have been working for more than ten years in several laboratories carrying out diverse projects ranging from RNA biology, to computational analysis of cancer genomes. In addition, five years of Ph.D. studies demonstrate my experience in analysis and integration of NGS data and on the field of RNA.
